You reach communities every day through your credit union – think of what lies ahead in extending your impact at the state level on the Ohio Credit Union League Board of Directors. As a League Director, you’ll join your peers in driving the strategic direction of the only state trade association for Ohio’s credit unions. Your time and guidance will:

  • Shape legislators, regulators, the media, and consumers’ knowledge of credit unions by steering state and federal advocacy initiatives;
  • Alleviate operational pressures for credit unions – large and small – through support of League products and services; and
  • Allow credit unions to focus on their sole mission of serving their members while the League provides heavy lifting.

Why wait? Three League board seats (one Size-C, and two At-Large Categories) are up for election beginning terms in 2021. Any board members of a League-member credit union or qualified C-level executive staff are eligible. Forms to submit candidacy and secondary nominations are due August 1. Please contact Corporate Operations Manager Takisha Martin if you have questions or need assistance.
