As a member, you have access to ongoing, complimentary training right at your fingertips. Here are two learning opportunities taking place October 27 and 28 to help boost your credit union’s productivity and growth in 2021:

October 27:    Virtual Management: Tips for Engaging a Remote Workforce

Many credit unions have been forced to transition to a working from home environment to help flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has led to a need for leadership to pivot and reinvent the ways to engage staff, ensure productivity, and manage day-to-day tasks. That is why the League is hosting a webinar, Virtual Management: Tips for Engaging a Remote Workforce, Oct. 27 at 10:00 a.m. Attendees will hear from Emily Sternberg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HR Consultant at HR Performance Solutions, followed by a brief demonstration of where you can find relevant policies and information using your member benefit, HRSuite.

October 28:    Economic Update: Ohio-specific Trends to Power 2021 Growth

The League is partnering with Callahan & Associates to offer a macro overview of the credit union movement, with a deeper dive into Ohio specific trends. Join us Oct. 28 at 2:00 p.m. for this complimentary webinar which will help you strategize how to power growth in 2021. This session will be led by Client Engagement Specialist Phylicia Atkins and Associate Vice President Sam Taft, guiding attendees through current economic developments as they affect Ohio credit unions’ opportunities for growth. Attendees will walk away with tools to utilize CU Analyzer, another member-exclusive tool, to create custom analysis for your credit union and find easy visualizations to add to any board packet or professional presentation.
