During these uncertain times, it’s more important than ever to stay up to date on evolving regulatory and compliance landscape. To help provide helpful guidance and resources, the League’s COVID-19 Resource Center outlines the ongoing advocacy work to promote and protect the Movement and directly connects you to the League’s complimentary member benefits geared towards compliance relief:
They’re just a call or click away when you need them.
The PolicyWorks’ compliance hotline is an invaluable resource for members to field compliance questions, whether that is by picking up the phone (and dialing 866-518-0209) or drafting a quick email. PolicyWorks is also collaborating with League virtual townhalls and delivering its own resource page with emphasis on Business Continuity Planning.
They’re keeping COVID-19 at the top of the list – literally.
InfoSight is a robust compliance library decoding rules and regulations, with customizable dashboards, to curate your topics of interest. View the most recent site additions on pandemic preparedness right at the top of the page.
They’re writing policies everyone can use.
CU PolicyPro and HR Suite creates model policies tailored to your needs, and new policies have been added to address pandemic preparedness (policy 2195) and Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA, policy 1515), and CARES Act relating to SBA loans (policy 7436). The quick start guides (CU PolicyPro guide and HR Suite guide) can help you log in for the first time, and technical support is standing by if you have any trouble.
They’re streamlining the news you need.
With everyone’s eyes fixed on COVID-19, PolicyWorks has loaded its bi-monthly newsletter with hot topics featuring guidance on mortgage servicing, CARES Act loan modifications, FFCRA, NCUA communications, and more. League members are automatically added to this email list, but you can also subscribe here.
They’re all in one place, working together for you.
Accessing these tools is easier than ever via the new League website tab for member benefits. InfoSight has integrated all these tools in its main menu, making them accessible no matter what page you’re on.
The ongoing collaboration between these partners and the Ohio Credit Union League is what keeps each of these variables in lockstep, providing the necessary pandemic support your credit union needs. For questions, more information, or to set up a tutorial for any of these tools, contact League Manager of Culture and Development Melanie Koch.
