Credit unions make a positive impact on people’s daily lives, and the League is proud to acknowledge the dedicated individuals who make it all happen each year. This year holds special significance as credit unions went above and beyond to support their members and communities. We are thrilled to unveil the list of 2023 credit unions that have excelled at the state level and are now in contention for national recognition:

Desjardins Adult Financial Education Award

  • 1st Place: TrueCore Federal Credit Union ($50 – $250 million in assets category)
  • 1st Place: Cardinal Credit Union ($250 million – $1 billion in assets category)

Desjardins Youth Financial Education Award

  • 1st Place: Lake County Educational Federal Credit Union (Less than $50 million in assets category)
  • 1st Place: Toledo Metro Federal Credit Union ($50 – $250 million in assets category)
  • 1st Place: Atomic Credit Union ($250 million – $1 billion in assets category)

Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award
