Credit unions improve lives every day, and the League is honored to annually recognize the remarkable staff behind that work. This year is especially important as credit unions took extraordinary measures to serve members and communities during the pandemic. We are excited to announce the 2020 credit unions awarded in the state round that will be considered for national recognition:

Desjardins Youth Financial Education Award

  • 1st Place: Atomic Credit Union ($250 million – $1 billion in assets category)

Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award

  • 1st Place: Telhio Credit Union ($250 million – $1 billion in assets category)
  • Honorable Mention: Kemba Credit Union (More than $1 billion in assets category)

Louise Herring Philosophy-in-Action Member Service Award

Join us in congratulating these credit unions for their incredible impact! Please contact League Culture and Development Manager Melanie Koch if you have questions about the CUNA award program.
