Credits unions use charitable donation accounts (CDAs) to boost cause marketing partnership with CU4Kids

The credit union industry has long been involved in fundraising for Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals and formalized and branded this commitment by creating Credit Unions for Kids (CU4Kids). CUNA Mutual Group (CMG), in addition to its corporate and employee donations to CU4Kids, has been introducing credit unions to a relatively new funding mechanism, the charitable donation account (CDA). Danielle Scodellaro, Executive Benefits Consultant for CMG, and Nick Coleman, Director of Strategic Partnerships at CMN Hospitals, share more about using CDAs and cause marketing to boost donations in this article.
