The first CU PolicyPro content update of 2022 is now available! The only regulatory change driving content revisions this quarter is related to NACHA’s Same Day ACH dollar limit increasing from $100,000 to $1,000,000. Policies 2610, 2611, and 2612 have been updated accordingly for credit unions.

In addition, a new policy for credit unions looking to explore virtual currency has been added. Policy 2630 – Digital Assets was created to comply with the NCUA’s recent Letter to Credit Unions (21-CU-16) – Relationships with Third Parties that Provide Services Related to Digital Assets.
