The success of our Movement hinges on strong advocacy participation, ensuring that our voices are heard loud and clear in both the Ohio General Assembly and Congress. Thanks to the collective efforts facilitated by the League’s Political Action Committees (PACs), we’ve been able to drive impactful change, advancing, protecting, and empowering credit unions to better serve Ohioans.
As we gear up for a pivotal election this fall, Ohio credit unions stand ready to support our state and federal legislative champions. Already, over $330,000 has been raised for the 2023-2024 election cycle, a testament to our commitment to shaping a brighter future for our industry and the communities we serve.
To express our gratitude to those who have contributed $100 or more, the League is thrilled to host the PAC Appreciation Happy Hour at this year’s inVest48 convention. Join us on April 22 for an evening of peer networking and indulgence, featuring a bourbon and dessert tasting that promises to delight the senses.
