Who should attend?The Introduction track is best for collections staff with less than five years of experience. Compliance staff, internal auditors, and management needing to understand the big picture may also find this introductory course beneficial. The Advanced track is for collections managers and those who have completed the intro course, or those collectors with more than five years’ working experience. |
