This event kicks off August 3, virtually. After the virtual kick-off, the program continues either in person or online August 8 through August 10.
Transformative leadership starts with effective coaching. Be prepared to increase employee morale, retention and long-term growth for your credit union through highly interactive coaching training.
At CUNA Coaching Leadership School, you’ll learn how to foster meaningful employee relationships and better engage staff for improved employee satisfaction and results. You’ll explore the latest coaching strategies and apply them to situations you’ve encountered as a people leader. You’ll return to your credit union with relevant coaching conversations you can use right away and the knowledge to help your employees thrive.

- Practice developing coaching strategies that connect with all generations and skill levels

- Experience designing and practicing one-on-one conversations

You will also receive a hardcopy of the Gallup book, Wellbeing at Work–How to Build Resilient and Thriving Teams, as well as supplemental content and a personal code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and report.
