Key Compliance Considerations as you Grow

July 29 at 1:00 pm2:00 pm

As credit unions of all shapes and sizes look at different ways to grow, it is important to understand the various compliance risks that could potentially stunt that growth. It is also important to understand the impacts the regulatory climate can have on that growth. These risks though should not scare you from taking the proper steps that will help your credit union thrive. With the proper awareness of these risks and potential mitigating strategies, credit unions can build a solid foundation for future growth. In this session we will cover:

  • BSA considerations credit unions should take into account as membership grows
  • Potential fair lending impacts associated with loan growth
  • How compliance can help you be a more inclusive credit union
  • How to structure your compliance program for future success
  • The potential impacts of the current regulatory environment
