Emerging Leaders Workshop: The Stretch Edge-Advancing Leadership Capability and Impact

April 20 at 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Sponsored by Velera and Corporate One FCU

One day only workshop during i48! Join us on Monday, April 20, for a high-energy, inspiring, and highly interactive workshop built around the core pillars of GRID — Grow, Retain, Inspire, and Develop — designed to help emerging leaders stretch into bigger leadership moments with confidence and clarity.

In today’s credit union environment, leading small won’t prepare you for what leadership will require next. This session challenges participants to identify their stretch edge — the place just outside your comfort zone where confidence, credibility, and leadership readiness are built. You’ll explore how to set high-impact stretch goals, stretch with courage even when it feels intimidating, and turn everyday work into meaningful leadership growth.

This workshop is built for connection. Through engaging peer collaboration, discussion, and hands-on activities, you’ll leverage the power of the room — shared experiences, fresh ideas, and real-time support — to sharpen your development direction and accelerate your growth. You’ll leave energized, clear on what to stretch toward next, and equipped with practical strategies to expand your leadership impact throughout 2026.

Participant Benefits:

· Clarify your stretch edge and choose the 1–2 leadership moves that will create the biggest growth this year

· Create a practical development action plan you can put into motion immediately—built around high-impact goals, not vague intentions

· Build the confidence to play bigger by stepping into opportunities that expand your influence, credibility, and leadership readiness
