Professional development has been harder at a distance. That’s why GRID (Ohio’s young professionals network) is beginning a new series of GRID Talks featuring Ohio credit union professionals, just like you, with words of wisdom. Think of them as TED Talks with a credit union twist! The first GRID Talk will be held June 19 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., featuring Chris Gibson, CFO of Pillar CU. As a credit union executive who started as a front-line teller working up the ranks through the 2008 economic crisis, Chris offers a unique perspective to emerging young leaders through today’s pandemic-related economic shutdowns. All are welcome to join this collaborative virtual discussion with credit union professionals around the state.
