Global pandemic is a reason to advance, not retreat from DEI efforts

Credit unions have a well-established history of providing critical services in times of crisis. The current global pandemic and economic uncertainty it brings is no different. Challenging times provide credit unions the opportunity to fully dive into serving the health and well-being of all members and local communities. While it may be tempting to let proactive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts fall by the wayside, CUNA Mutual Group VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Angela Russell explains in this article how now is exactly when we need to fully lean into our DEI efforts.
