Have you logged into CU PolicyPro lately?

It is hard to believe it has been a month since the launch of the new CU PolicyPro system, a complimentary benefit of your League membership. The platform providers have received great comments and ideas on making CU PolicyPro even more valuable for your credit union. A few enhancements have already been made based on your feedback:

  • Direct links to access the assigned policy from the assignments listing.
  • An active/inactive option to published manuals.
  • A new access level called “Limited” to give credit unions, even more, control over what users can view and access. Users with Limited-level access only see published manuals and resources that they have been provided access to see (those made available to “All Logged In Users” or to a user group to which the person had been assigned). Limited-level users cannot access the model policies, system resources, or support information.
