Did you know you have more than 150 customizable human resource policies at your fingertips? HR Suite was developed, written, and annually reviewed by HR experts specifically for credit unions and has 200+ federally compliant HR forms and 40+ job descriptions. You can also upload existing HR policies to create a fully indexed, easily accessible, online HR policy manual and employee handbook as part of your league membership.

The policies were thoroughly updated recently to comport with recent developments in best practices, legal updates, and industry standards. In the HR Policy Manual, 55 policies were updated. Two policies were incorporated into other policies. In addition, three new policies (2112: Anti-Retaliation, 3050: Social Security Number Privacy, 6071: Intellectual Property) were added to the manual.

In the “Employee Handbook” area of the resource section, 45 policies were updated, two policies were removed, and three new policies were added (2012: Anti-Retaliation, 3050: Social Security Number Privacy, 7043: Military Leave).

The updated overview provides information about the changes and additions, including a full list of all the policies affected and HR developments since the last update. Log in to HR Suite, or contact Member Outreach Manager Christy Clark, for a demonstration of this complimentary member benefit.
