Whether your primary motivation for attending inVest48 is networking or education, you won’t be disappointed. With 20 breakout sessions organized in four tracks: Competition, Innovation, Talent, and Technology, your most difficult decision may be deciding which one to attend each day.

In between those sessions, take advantage of opportunities specifically designed to help you build your network, share best practices, and find solutions. Here are several events on this year’s inVest48 schedule where you can make valuable connections and enrich your convention experience:

Leadership Reception

After the Emerging Leaders Workshop, credit union CEOs and the next generation of leaders will gather to kick off inVest48.

Small Group Connections

If you prefer sharing ideas with peers in similar roles, visit the Cooperative Lounge. There will be scheduled times for individuals in the following roles to collaborate: Female Leaders, HR and Training, Marketing and Business Development, Operations, and Small Credit Unions.

(Mostly) Social Gatherings

Meet up with credit union friends and relax after a day of learning and networking. While great for unwinding, these events are also opportunities to build beneficial relationships. When you lower the pressure, conversations flow more easily.

  • Monday, April 22: Welcome Party: 1990s blast to the past!, sponsored by Corporate One FCU.
  • Tuesday, April 23: Happy Hour with Exhibitors, sponsored by Envisant, and the Tuesday Night Party at Howl at the Moon, sponsored by Navatros and Elan Credit Card.

No matter what your professional goals are this year, inVest48 has you covered. Visit the convention website to register and for the complete schedule of events.
