Credit unions face unique challenges, from regulatory shifts and economic fluctuations to shifting member expectations and technological advancements. To remain competitive, credit union leaders need practical tools, actionable strategies, and a growth-oriented mindset to lead through disruption and uncertainty.

To help connect credit union leaders with those tools and strategies, the League is hosting a Resilience and Change Agility Conference in Columbus on Tuesday, July 29. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, analyze real-world scenarios, and collaborate on solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by credit unions.

By the end of the day, leaders will walk away with a comprehensive toolkit that blends change management techniques with strategies to build organizational agility and resilience. This program empowers participants to guide their teams through change with confidence, adapt to evolving demands, and drive sustainable success in an increasingly complex environment.

This year’s conference will feature Tracy Nelson, an accomplished speaker, consultant, and senior executive with over 35 years of experience in human resources, talent development, and leadership. As President & CEO of Aspire Talent Group, she partners with organizations across a wide range of industries to optimize talent strategies, develop leadership capabilities, and build high-performing, resilient teams. With deep expertise in leadership development, performance management, and retention strategies, Tracy helps organizations tackle complex talent challenges while fostering a culture of continuous growth and engagement.
