Last call for Foundation Video Scholarship applications

Monday, June 1, is the last day for your college-bound and college-enrolled members to apply for the 2020 Foundation Video Scholarship. With $8,500 in scholarship funds available for the 2020-2021 school year, the first-place winner receives $5,000, followed by $2,500 for second place, and the third-place winner receives $1,000! Applicants have been asked to use the following prompt to create a short commercial:
Imagine you are now running your credit union, and you need to promote the benefits of membership. Show us how you would entice community members to join your credit union.
Winners will be announced Monday, June 22 through the League’s social media channels. Visit the OCUF Student Video Scholarship webpage or contact Advocacy Coordinator Jamila Collins to learn more about this opportunity.
