League PACs builds off 2022 momentum; off to a strong start in Q1

Building relationships and supporting those who support credit unions is a key to credit union advocacy success. That cannot be done, however, without the incredible support of credit unions across the state. After a strong 2022, where the League political actions committees (PACs) raised more than $311,000, your generosity has jumpstarted 2023’s political efforts. At the end of the first quarter, nearly $78,000 has been raised – $8,000 more than last year to date – with more than $43,000 already disbursed. These funds allow the League and your credit union peers across the state to connect with state and federal decision-makers and build key relationships that will drive success for years to come. If you wish for the League to provide an advocacy update to your staff, League advocacy staff are here to serve as a resource.
