League welcomes Ohio Senator JD Vance to the Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee

Ohio’s newest Senator, JD Vance, was recently appointed to the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. Along with Chairman Sherrod Brown, this gives Ohio credit unions a potent one-two punch when it comes to financial services policy in the U.S. Senate. The League will continue to work on a bipartisan basis with the Committee to advance the credit union Movement and empower you to do what you do best: serve 3.2 million Ohioans. We recently joined forces with the Ohio Bankers League to welcome Senator Vance to the Committee and let him know where Ohio’s financial institutions stand on proposed interchange modifications.
