Like your credit union, the League board of directors is comprised of its members – you, Ohio’s credit unions. Each year, you and your peers are invited to submit your candidacy to serve a three-year term on the League’s board of directors. This year, a virtual ballot election will be conducted from Sept. 1 – 30 to fill three Class II positions. Only one declaration for candidacy was submitted for the Size B Category seat, resulting in the candidate’s election by acclamation.  Four declarations for candidacy were submitted for the two available At-large Category seats. One vote will be allowed per credit union per available seat. This important membership election process will proceed as follows:

Class II – Size Category B (assets $50-$250M) CandidateElected by acclamation

  • Scott Hicks, CEO of Impact CU

Class II – At-large Category Candidates – To be elected by the membership

  • Bill Burke, CEO of Day Air CU
  • Sariah Flynn, CEO of Toledo Metro FCU
  • Rosanne Schutzman, COO of Wright-Patt CU
  • Thom Luce, Director of OUCU Financial CU
