New webinar series helps credit union outreach efforts

The Ohio Credit Union Foundation is excited to present a specially curated webinar series in 2024 that will provide valuable insights on enhancing your efforts to support local communities. The Foundation aims to provide credit unions with the tools, inspiration, and knowledge to conceive transformative grant ideas that can reshape their communities.

Webinar: Laying the Foundation for Change

Date: Wednesday, Jan. 17

Time: 12:00 p.m.

Kim Connor, Executive Director of the Ohio Credit Union Foundation, will provide an overview of the Foundation’s mission and funding priorities, and explain the types of projects the Foundation supports. She will be joined by Jeannie Fye, COO at CSE Federal Credit Union and Chair of the Foundation’s Board, and Jennifer Nelson, Vice President of Administration/Operations at Educational Community Alliance Credit Union.

Each panelist will share their experiences in applying for grants and how the Foundation’s support elevated the success of their projects. You will also learn when and how to apply for grants, and how your credit union could amplify your community outreach efforts by partnering with the Ohio Credit Union Foundation.
