Every day, credit unions work tirelessly to advance the Credit Union Movement and positively impact their members and communities. But all too often, their efforts go unnoticed. That’s why CUNA’s National Award Program exists – to shine a spotlight on the outstanding contributions that credit unions make to keep Ohio strong for its more than 3 million members.

To be eligible for CUNA’s national award selection, credit unions must first submit at the state level in three key areas: social responsibility (Dora Maxwell Award), credit union philosophy (Louise Herring Award), and financial education (Desjardins Awards). The submission deadline is Friday, June 30, 2023 – so be sure to submit your nomination online via the CUNA-League award submission platform.

Winners selected in Ohio will receive personalized recognition at their credit union and be automatically forwarded to the national round for consideration. State winners will be announced in early fall, with national winners recognized at the CUNA Government Affairs Conference in 2024.

Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your credit union’s achievements and make a lasting impact on the Credit Union Movement. Visit the CUNA-League award submission platform today to create a username and password and submit your nomination.
