Since 1998, the Ohio Credit Union Foundation has profoundly impacted individuals and families in communities where credit unions serve. The Foundation is a proud credit union partner supporting educational and outreach initiatives that promote financial independence through credit unions. In addition, the Foundation has donated $616,576 for disaster relief globally.

Thanks to our dedicated donors, the Foundation continues to thrive and support Ohio’s credit unions. As you wrap up your year-end giving plans, we hope you will include the Ohio Credit Union Foundation and help us to continue to fueling the impactful efforts of credit unions across the state.

  • Community Investment Fund: This fund gives credit unions the ability to leverage their investments at Corporate One Federal Credit Union to support innovative credit union programs. Credit unions that invest in the CIF receive 50 percent of the dividend of their investment. The remaining 50 percent is shared equally between the state and national credit union foundations.
  • William A. Herring Society: This exclusive society is a planned giving opportunity that recognizes credit union employees and volunteers, past and present, who have shown a steadfast commitment to the Credit Union Movement.
