Connecting with regulators empowers Ohio credit unions to mold their future. That’s why the League recently brought the Ohio Divisions of Financial Institutions directly to credit unions during a recent townhall discussion. With nearly 40 different credit unions joining the dialogue, a variety of emerging issues impacting credit union operations were discussed, including the SBA’s Payroll Protection Program, reopening credit union lobbies, loan forbearance/deferrals, examinations, liquidity management, and examiner expectations in severe recession conditions.

If you missed the townhall or would like to reference it, you can visit the recording and others on our 2020 Townhall Series webpage or reach out to League Regulatory Counsel Chris Noble for more information.
