Many credit unions have been forced to transition to a working from home environment to help flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has led to a need for leadership to pivot and reinvent the ways to engage staff, ensure productivity, and manage day-to-day tasks.  That is why the League is hosting a member-exclusive webinar, Virtual Management: Tips for Engaging a Remote Workforce Oct. 27, from 10:00 – 11:15 a.m.

This session will include expert guidance from HR Performance Solutions HR Consultant Emily Sternberg to ensure your organization maintains a highly engaged workforce. Attendees will also learn ten subject-relevant model policies you can access via your member benefit solution, HR Suite.

Registration is open here for this hot topic discussion. For questions or assistance, please contact League Culture & Development Manger Melanie Koch for questions.
