On July 28, the Credit Union Movement is uniting for #ILoveMyCreditUnion Day, a day dedicated to inspiring authentic engagement and discussions about why members love their credit unions through social media platforms.

This event emphasizes the collaborative nature of credit unions and aims to foster a sense of shared appreciation. As part of this collaborative effort, credit unions are encouraged to share their community engagement plans by July 3. By doing so, they have the chance to win $1,000 for a charity of their choice. You can submit your community engagement plan here.

By showcasing the positive impact your credit union has on its members and the community, you can generate meaningful conversations and enthusiasm about why people love your credit union. It’s an opportunity to highlight the unique value and benefits that credit unions bring to their members and communities, fostering a sense of pride and loyalty.

Participating in #ILoveMyCreditUnion Day allows credit unions to demonstrate their commitment to their members and showcase the significant contributions they make to the communities they serve. By engaging authentically and sharing your credit union’s story, you can inspire others to join the movement and deepen their appreciation for the credit union industry.
