Over 50 credit unions attended last week’s “How to Shine When Working with the Media” virtual media training session hosted by the League. Having confidence, a proper strategy, and the necessary tools are important when connecting with any media outlet, even social media. During the session, communications expert Kerry Francis spoke about proactive and reactive media, developing rapport with media members, crisis communication, and how to measure success. League members can access the full recording as well as presentation handouts here anytime.

If you have any follow-up questions from the live session or would like to gain more knowledge in your media journey, reach out to the League’s Communication Manager, Sean Fink.
