Your membership at work: save on health benefits

With business costs on the rise, it’s challenging to maintain quality employee health plan benefits, especially for smaller credit unions. A new program from the League can help credit unions save on a plan that meets the needs of your team.

The League has partnered with the Ohio Chamber of Commerce to offer a Multiple-Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) for credit unions with 2–50 employees. As part of a MEWA, your credit union’s employees are pooled with other businesses, allowing you to offer health plan benefits that rival larger companies.

Listen to the recent webinar recording to learn about ten available plan options, including two tax-advantaged (HSA) plans. Your credit union can enroll anytime and select from three program renewal dates: Jan. 1, May 1, and Oct. 1.

If your credit union is shopping for an alternative to your current health benefits program for 2024, there’s still time to get a quote.

Learn more to see how your League membership may help you save on a better employee benefits plan.
